How does the delivery process work?

Once our system processes your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in a perfect condition. After they pass through the final round of quality check, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner.

Our delivery partner then brings the package to you and delivers contactless. In case, they are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.

Yes! LooksKart ships throughout India with a priority delivery network that ensures your products are delivered at a lightning speed while handling your goods with utmost care.

How do I track my order the process stage?

Generally we aim to dispatch your products within 3-4 days. 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order.

What is the estimated delivery time?

Lookskart chooses to partner only with selected delivery companies that come with an  accredited reliability to ensure a hassle free experience while delivering to your doorstep. All our deliveries are made through express channels, as we deliver products within Delhi & NCR region within 48 hours & up to 4-5 days anywhere across India.

What if the product goes out of stock after I order?

Though we keep 95% of our catalog in our inventory, certain products need to be sourced directly from the brand itself so that we can live up to our promise of providing fresh, non-expired products.

While we are trying our best to avoid this situation, these products might delay your order. We will target to dispatch all orders within 5 days of the order date.

Will my order be shipped in multiple shipments? What does this mean?

Don't worry! This is a completely normal situation. This just means that different parts of your order may have simply been shipped from our different warehouse locations. Rest assured, you will only have to pay the shipping charge if applicable, and on the first package you receive.

We have high standards when it comes to packaging your order however mistakes do occur from time to time. Please accept our apologies if you have received an damaged/incorrect/expired item. As part of our customer objectives, we will do our utmost to resolve your query with speed, ease and with absolute minimal inconvenience.

We provide options of both exchange and refund for the ease of our clients once the verification process is completed by our support team. 

Wereview each case individually when considering the exchange/return of the product; in some cases we may require further information such as pictures so we can choose the best course of action. Our aim is to provide the best solution for you as quickly as possible.
