Hard water containing calcium can amplify damage to fragile, dry, over-processed, or bleached hair. Due to increased porosity, damaged hair absorbs three times more calcium than untreated hair. The Kérastase pre-shampoo treatment, rich in pure acids, serves a dual purpose: it removes excess calcium buildup and repairs it from the inside out, restoring hair strength, and rejuvenating its stiff, lacklustre appearance.

Step 1:
Apply the Kérastase pre-shampoo treatment generously on wet lengths before shampooing.

Step 2:
Massage throughout and leave it on for about five minutes. Do not rinse.

Step 3:
Layer Première Bain Décalcifiant Réparateur Shampoo* directly on top to maximise efficacy.
Step 4:
Rinse and follow with Première Mask and rinse thoroughly.
